Pastor Austin D. Hill is a dedicated and gifted servant who has a strong desire to do the will of God. He is a man who loves God’s word and God’s people. A native of Forest City, AR, Pastor Hill accepted his calling to preach the gospel at age seventeen.
After graduating from Forest City High School, Pastor Hill began his collegiate studies at Philander Smith College, majoring in Religion and Philosophy. While at Philander, He served as the Vice-President of the Preachers of the Philander Organization, where his leadership was paramount in engaging students to experience religious growth, faith-building, fellowship and service.
He has over ten years of pastoral experience. His love for the congregation and the community lends him to maintain a keen focus on spiritual counseling, program management, congregational leadership, and community partnership.
Pastor Hill teaches Godly principles through faithfulness and sound doctrine. His desire is for New Shelby to be more than a church in the community, but a community of believers providing service and declaring the word of God. His love for his congregation and the people allows for Pastor Hill to successfully bridge the gaps between generations. Pastor Hill is married to the lovely woman of God, Lady Brittney, and they share seven beautiful children.
Lady Hill is the lovely wife of Pastor Hill and together they share seven beautiful children. She is a native Memphian, a faithful servant of the Lord and a dedicated mother.
Lady Hill is a down to earth, balanced woman of God who will aid anywhere help is needed. Alongside her husband, she is committed to excellence whose served as lead director in ministries such as: Children’s Church, Greeting Ministry, Prayer Ministry, and has held leadership roles in the Women’s Ministry. She has a non-profit ministry for young women entitled, “God’s Girls”, where young women between the ages of ten – eighteen
are taught proper etiquette of being a lady while still having a personal relationship with Christ Jesus.
